food of thought

today we leaned about all the fattening drunks and one's that are good to drink milk and water are the one's that are good for as to drink and coca cola and fizzy drinks are bad for us to drink and we talked about
cereals that have more fat in it and cereals that does not have a lot of fat in them Chloe is the one that is teaching us about the food and drinks that have lots of fat in them first we drew a pyramid and put all the food's you can eat and all the food's that you can't eat we call it a food pyramid in the pyramid good food's go on the bottom  fruit and vegdibulls go on the bottom because it is good for us to eat and the bad food go on the top like chocolate and chocolate ice cream
